Products
AMVERSE offers made-to-order artwork and related products.
Product images are intended to represent the final product as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the production process.
Orders
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Because our products are made to order, once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are calculated during checkout.

AMVERSE currently ships within the United States only.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Production and Delivery

Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within five (5) days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to review the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
If carrier tracking confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, AMVERSE may work with its fulfillment and shipping partners to review reported delivery issues. However, successful carrier delivery does not guarantee eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Return & Refund Policy
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
Claims for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors must be submitted within five (5) days of delivery.
To help verify a claim, customers should provide:
• Order number;
• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging;
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package before opening, the opening process, and the product inside.
Additional information may be requested if necessary.
Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, misuse, improper storage, pets, children, or any cause occurring after delivery is not covered.
As our products are individually produced and fulfilled after an order is placed, we do not provide refunds for:
• Change of mind;
• Personal preference;
• Customer ordering errors;
• Damage occurring after delivery.
Verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors reported within the required timeframe may qualify for a refund, subject to review.
AMVERSE reserves the right to investigate all claims and determine refund eligibility based on the information provided.
